"I made this last night as a taco filling, and it was amazing! I served it hot and skipped the dressing. Our guests scooped it onto pan-fried corn tortillas and topped it with the traditional lettuce, cheese, sour cream. I cooked it a little longer than the recipe recommends, and it ended up with a great texture and flavor. The jicama and smoked pa""
