Reviewed Cornish Hens
"This was my first time making Cornish Hens and it was SUCH a success with this recipe!! I put my hens in a brine the morning I made them with some rosemary and garlic in the brine mixture. I also added 2 slices of bacon and a clove of garlic to the stuffing (I sauteed the garlic with the onion). Then on the outside I added a bit of garlic and rosemary to really tie all the flavors together. I doubled the recipe to serve 4 and everyone loved it and devoured the whole thing! Definitely one of my new favorites."

"I'm not a guacamole person, but everyone in my family is and out of all my sisters I'm the one who can cook. So for a weekend in the Keys I was delegated the task of making dips and snacks for the hotel and guacamole was requested so I figured Alton has never yet steered me wrong and went with this dip. I don't have anything to compare it to, but according to everyone in my family it is the best guacamole they've ever had. I am now required to make and bring it for every family get together - which is fine since it's super easy! Gotta love Alton!"

"I dislike the taste of eggs, so I have always been hesitant to try this recipe, but after watching Nigella make it I was inspired and gave it a try. best decision ever. I ADORE this recipe and even though it is definitely NOT a single serving dish as advertised, I don't mind the leftovers!
Reviewed Cheese-Stuffed Pork Chops
"This was incredibly easy to make and my husband loved it. He called it restaurant quality and it's his favorite pork chop recipe now! I hate beans even though he loves them but these were very flavorful and tolerable for me. Definitely making again.
