Reviewed Sweet Potato-Pecan Casserole
"This was SO good, with some slight modifications! I used 1/4 cup egg substitute (Egg Beaters) instead of the whole egg, and less honey (about 1/4 cup) because I thought it would be too sweet. I also mashed the sweet potatoes instead using a mixer, so they would have a little texture. My favorite Thanksgiving side dish, and pretty easy, too. I'll be making it again and again. :)
