Reviewed Parmesan Potato Pancake
"My dad saw this recipie and wanted to try and make his first potato pancakes. He says that his mom and sister's reciepies always turn out soggy. This wasn't too hard to make and it was great flavor. Next time I might not use onions because I don't like them too much and would rather have the other flavors come through. Loved the basil and parm. It didn't take as long to cook either. The plate flipping tick turned out ok, but next time we might just make individual pancakes or hash browns.
Reviewed Spaghetti Oreganata with Tomato Sauce
"I've made this recipie twice now. The first time I made it I blended the sauce because I don't like chunky sauce. Then it turned out a little too smooth, but it was still amazing. The second time I blended about half of it and cooked it longer. It turned out even better! I also used dired herbs (2 tsp. of each oregano and basil) insted of fresh. This dish even tastes great as leftovers, even though I'm not a huge leftover fan. My family and I absolutely love this dish.
