"I have never made prime rib in my life and I made this for Christmas Day dinner. It's easy and delicious! I bought a 3.3 pound prime rib for 4 people-it was the perfect size and took two hours in the oven to reach "medium" -perfect and not overcooked! The garlic-thyme mixture is fabulous! I'm going to use that mixture in other recipes! Bye-by"
Hello, fellow foodies! I'm a 50+ mother of two who enjoys her two children, cat and dog and cooking new recipes. I'm employed as a speech-language pathologist in the public schools. Just got a Cuisinart food processor for Christmas and can't wait to use it! Made Giada's roast prime rib with thyme and Marsala for Xmas dinner-it's awesome!
