Reviewed Roasted Prime Rib with Thyme and Marsala

I have never made prime rib in my life and I made this for Christmas Day dinner. It's easy and delicious! I bought a 3.3 pound prime rib for 4 people-it was the perfect size and took two hours in the oven to reach "medium" -perfect and not overcooked! The garlic-thyme mixture is fabulous! I'm going to use that mixture in other recipes! Bye-by"
