This recipe is fantastic. I have made several time in the ramekins and they turn out beautiful. I have tried it only once in a large dish and was a just a little drier. I think the larger amount of dough might have absorbed the moisture a bit more than ramekins. One more thing...when I use ramekins I only put dough on top and not bottom. This is ...
