"The maple glaze for the pork chops was so very good, but I got so excited with my first bite of chop without the glaze that I chose to eat half of it without the glaze. I could not find the ancho chili so I just used plain chili powder and still loved it. Thanks Paula!""
Hello, I am a wife, a mother, and a grandmother I am also a bench jeweler/jewelry artist, an American citizen, and a Christian, although it's not an in your face kind of thing.
I very much enjoy cooking and have a large family so I usually have to double these recipes, and I have learned so much from the shows over the years.
My brother was a chef and my mother was talented with putting on dinner parties, large and small, and I always had the interest and believe that we do, indeed, eat with our noses, our eyes and then our mouths.
