"Very good & easy !! Made this tonight for picky eaters who loved it. I followed other cook's suggestions. 1) cut the flour in half, I had 6 thick chops and had too much 2) I used heavy whipping cream instead of buttermilk. Otherwise, the chops come out so tender and tasted great. I will keep this on my rotation. "
