"Ran right out to the store to buy the potatoes and kale! This is amazingly great! The kale is delicate and crisp, the potatoes crunchy and earthy! The only thing I changed was instead of using mayo for the dip (we aren't mayo fans I used Greek yogurt! Yummy one Giada!
