Reviewed Butternut Squash Soup with Cinnamon Whipped Cream and Fried Shallots
"I have never had butternut squash...OMG The best ever soup! My husband said it was better than any soup we have had in some of the best restaurants in the SF bay area. I changed it up with apple instead of carrot and added a pinch of nutmeg and ginger. THANKS ANN I HEART YOU!
