"The first bite my dinner guests took, well....there was complete silence!....then...the "ohs, ahs, moans of ...what? ECSTASY followed!!! This was....yummmm.....almost beyond words! The combination of tastes and textures is ...well, it's AMAZING!....the crunchiness of the bread, the succulent shrimp, the creamy mascarpone and then the ...YUMMMM... taste of the fresh tarragon!!!... HEAVEN ON BREAD! I've made it twice and each time received the same response! I did have to replace the arugula with spinach, as I couldn't find it except in a salad mix. I can't believe it would have made that much difference! Very easy and the best brushetta I've either made or tasted! BRAVO, GIADA! You hit this out of the ball park! "
