My Activity

Reviewed Salisbury Steaks with French Onion Gravy

"Great dinner! Mine took longer than 15 min to cook, probably they were too thick. Also, I forgot to buy wine so I just increased the beef broth and added some butter at the end. So good! Bonus - these make great next day sandwiches on a roll with some melted cheese. Very delicious. ""

Reviewed Wilmington Island Marsh Mud Cake

"This is very chocolatey and very rich like most said. I was confused at first b/c the "frosting" is very thin but I realized it is supposed to be like that. The frosting is a little grainy b/c of all the sugar but it melts when you pour it over the hot cake and its not really an issue. The whole thing tastes just like the inside of a molten lava "

Reviewed Pumpkin Baked Ziti

"This is good however, do not expect it to taste like pumpkin pie or anything sweet as the ingredients are all savory. It actually tastes like butternut squash soup over pasta. Don't skip the cream as this is the only thing that really cuts the taste of the raw pumpkin which if you have never had, is not so great. Also, may want to consider cutting the recipe in half as it makes quite a bit. I also cut down on the red pepper flakes, maybe like 1/2 tsp and I am glad I did. I could still taste it but not too spicy.
