Loved the simplicity. I added wine and more liquid because there was no way it would have enough gravy when it is complete. I did not have to "thicken it". I made a few additions and left out the garlic (allergy issues), but it turned out yummy. Thank you Paula Deen for a gluten free basic recipe."
