Reviewed Pumpkin Ravioli in Brown Butter

Haven't tried them yet, but I would cut the pumpkin maybe in half or by a 1/4. I always eye ball my spices. I definitely wouldn't put the onion mix in it again. I used shredded parm (because I missread) and I like it better with the shredded. Giving it two stars because there are a lot of adjustments!

I used a Blue Moon Pumpkin ale, and an applewood smoked gouda... It was fabulous. My mother did say that she had to cut the thickness of it with milk a day or two later, but it was still delicious. THe first time I made it, I added 2% shredded... Don't do that-- Add Full Fat Cheddar or else the soup is a little grainy (but still delish!) I also...
