This was really really good. Super tasty and delicious. I did make some alterations: I didn't read the directions correctly and added the sliced lemons to the cooking dish. Also, was unsure about the cooking method so I browned the chicken in a cast iron skillet before cooking at 425 for 35 minutes. Then squeezed more lemon juice over the dish....

This was so good! Reviewers have mentioned that it is too lemony, but it is perfect over seafood. I think it would be great over poultry, too. It is a sauce that requires your attention a little bit but not as finicky as a hollandaise. Give it a shot! Definitely worth it to impress your guests!
