Reviewed Ricotta Orange Pound Cake

Experienced cook and followed recipe exactly. The batter spilled over the pan, down the sides of the pan, and burned on the bottom of the oven, within the first 15 minutes in the oven. Cleaned it all up. Continued baking the cake for 50 minutes but cake batter was still wobbly in the center, so added another 10 minutes. Cake tester came out clean....
