the one weird thing was we didnt know what to do with the sauce (we liked it alot) fist we dipped the shrimp in, then we tried pouring it onto the dish and mixing it in, and I think we liked that more.
and a couple changes i made were doing without the apricots we didnt want the sweetness, adding minced...”
