"Wow! What a keeper of a recipe! I've seen Ina make this recipe on her show, but had never gotten around to making it. Until last night. Holy cow! My husband, 4 and 2 year old cleaned their plates. Even my hubs, who is not a fan of roasted chicken liked it. Totally easy, and not to mention cheap. I didn't have a lemon on hand, so I used an orange. I did all the veggies in the recipe, plus threw in a bag of frozen brussel sprouts. mmmm...mmmm...mmm..this one is going in the recipe book for sure!
