Reviewed Paula's Loaded Oatmeal Cookies
"Very tasty. Slightly "cake-y" consistency so they fell apart in the cookie jar, but I think I may beaten the butter/sugar/egg mixture too long. I substituted blueberries and chocolate chips for the raisins and nuts... delicious pairing.. (chocolate makes everything better). All the spices in the cookie were so subtle and went together so well! Then the icing just brought them from "great" to "really freaking awesome".
