"This was SUCH a great recipe. I have tried to make carbonara before and the recipes called for like 1-2 eggs and the pasta just ended up so dry. I was so excited when I saw Chef Anne make and it she used a crazy amount of eggs. My eggs ended up scrambling a bit i think because i forgot the pasta water, but it was still AMAZING!
