"I've made this turkey for 4 Thanksgivings running now, and will never make another turkey recipe again - who needs to?? This recipe was incredible - the turkey is moist and flavorful, and it makes the most amazing gravy I've ever tasted. Plus - the turkey soup that comes later from the carcass, drippings and juices - to die for! LOVE IT.
