I really want to love this but it seems like something is missing- like it needs more flavor. I have to say that it has the perfect creaminess and the right amount of sauce. Also loved the tomatoes, I've never seen a recipe with this and it was a nice addition."

Delicious! I used an immersion blender and cut down on the mess. Also, I agree that it is a little on the sweet side. I think next time I will either do half juice/half chicken broth or just broth. Wonderful recipe though- the squash, curry, and apple flavors are great together!
