“I used "lacinato kale" and think it is easier to make into chips as the leaves are longer and not so curly. Worked great and even my husband liked the chips (he's not into "health" food as much.) Baked at 300 for 30 min. on parchment paper with no turning. Little salt is needed. They do have a broccoli taste but also reminded me of potato chips wh"”
