"Never thought anything could replace my mom's meatloaf. This did! The recipe makes alot of meatloaf - perfect for sandwiches. Because only part of the can of tomato paste is used, I freeze the rest in a plastic baggie. Also use barbecue sauce for the top instead of catsup. My family loves it!"
