Very good! I didn't have the specific seasoning the recipe called for, so I made my own after doing a little research on what should be included in it. Excellent flavors, love the simplicity of only using Italian sausage for the meat. I didn't have time to make the sauce she listed, so I used two 16oz jars of store bought sauce.
