This was yummy. We loved the flavor of the dates. We cut them up and added sliced almonds.
cinnamon gave it great flavor and also color. Didn't have Couscous so used Quinoa.

I oooked this for company yesterday.
Actual time to prepare and cook was 2 hours for this dish
I served it with Cauliflower Couscous which took another hour to prepare and cook.
