"The dish was excellent! I have made it at least a dozen times so far. It is definately a weekend dish for us since it does take a good amount of time during which you have to attend the stove vigilantly. Thanks for the great recipe! It's a keeper!"

"The dish was excellent! I accidentally misread the recipe and used a whole 6 oz can of tomato paste and it was still good. I'll try it the next time with the correct amount and see which is better.
