I was very excited to actually find pancetta in my store, because it is usually hard to find, and I was disappointed to not be able to taste it. "Delicious! I made this as an appetizer while me and my hubby waited to Easter dinner to finish cooking. I didn't use the amount of oil in the recipe because I saw the review that it was too much. I just poured until the pesto was nice and smooth. We both loved this!"
