I saw this in the Food Network magazine last month and my husband told me I had to make it. We really loved it, the second time I made it, today for Christmas, it was even better! Reviewed Tomato, Basil and Cheese Baked Pasta

I really enjoyed this recipe, but I put a different spin on it. I used a can of Ro-tel instead of italian tomatoes, so it was more of a southwestern pasta. And I used Rotini pasta instead of shells. I also put individual servings in souffle dishes. It was great. We really enjoyed it.
