FYI: If it's got pickles or relish in it, it's Thousand Island dressing, but if not, it's Russian dressing. We grew up on homemade Russian dressing, and for years, it was my older sister's favorite. Thanks for bringing back happy memories! :-)

Per the mousse directions: "Add the 3 EGG YOLKS to the chocolate, 1 by 1, beating with a whisk until incorporated." So obviously, you DO use the egg yolks in this mousse.
