If you don't like using pre-packaged mixes, then why are you watching a show that's based on recipes using pre-packaged ingredients? Don't like them? Fine. Nobody's forcing you to use them, or to watch this show, or to use the recipe review as your own personal platform to gripe about them.

She wasn't cooking for other people; she was preparing a meal for herself. Are you saying it's not ok to double dip into your own food?! You must use a heck of a lot of forks and spoons when you eat.

Paula Deen, who regularly used to take huge bites and then start talking with her mouth still full of food? NO THANK YOU. I'd much rather see someone double dip or drink from a bottle than see partially-chewed food in their open mouths while they're telling us how good it is. Yuck indeed!

FYI: If it's got pickles or relish in it, it's Thousand Island dressing, but if not, it's Russian dressing. We grew up on homemade Russian dressing, and for years, it was my older sister's favorite. Thanks for bringing back happy memories! :-)
