Honestly, the recipe is awesome. But folks who didn't follow the recipe exactly or "forgot to add vinegar" shouldn't downgrade Bobby for that. It's your fault for not following the recipe, so give the chef credit where credit is due."

Excellent, flavourful, tasty dish. Its one of those dishes that you could easily modify to suit your palate. I took mebshipp's and alambl58's advice by adding spinach and cherry tomatoes.
