Reviewed Herb Cheese Spread
"I made this for my 17 year old son's birthday party and served it with bagel crisps, triscuits, and Ritz crackers. It was a big hit! I made it night before and think that gives more time for the flavors to saturate the cheese. It makes a lot so I divided into 2 bowls and put one out for the party then put the 2nd cold one out later. It is great on bagels and tortillas too! So simple and easy to make.
