"DELICIOUS! The sauced chicken drips on the potatoes, and the two are a tasty combination. I used a few substitutions and still had great results:
- a bag of mini (REALLY mini) red and yukon gold potatoes with the skins on
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- tangelo, instead of an orange

"Ugh. This recipe was way too sweet. I should have realized this as I was pouring in 2 cups of sugar, but I wanted to follow the exact recipe the first time. I spent all of my dinner prep time making this dish--little time for the main course and the green vegetable--and no one touched the sweet potatoes. I didn't blame them.
