For those saying too much lemon, I agree. Skip the lemon juice, just add the zest. It brightens the sauce without overpowering it or making it too thin, and balances the richness of the heavy cream and butter. Delicious!

This was great. I couldn't find Israeli couscous, so I used orzo. It was very different from any other pasta salad that I have ever tasted. I loved using fresh herbs from my garden and I am eager to make it again, hopefully I'll be able to find the Israeli couscous. "

I LOVE this recipe. It';s creamy and delicious and not too "eggy". I like to replace the bacon with steamed chopped broccoli. I';ve also made it with roasted vegetables. It';s a great base for whatever you like to addto it."
