Reviewed Pancakes
"WOW! this was a pretty easy recipe and was well worth the minimal effort needed. My husband said that these were the best pancakes ever! I followed recipe but did add a bit of cinnamon along with the nutmeg. Again I will say WOW!
one note- the batter is a bit thicker than we are used to so don't be put off - the pancakes were incredibly light."
Reviewed Spanish Chicken and Potato Roast
"Although I did make a few changes to fit my husbands palate - went light on the lemon and added a splash of red wine that I already had opened. I used 8 skinless boneless but think next time I will use the skin on bone in.
We really enjoyed it! I did find that it was a lot of potatoes but my husband is happy for the leftovers at lunch tomorrow. "
Reviewed Brisket with Parsnips, Leeks and Green Onions
"I make a great brisket but this one is the best I have ever made. It was definitely a lot more prep time - closer to 45 minutes - but worth every second. My husband, the ultimate brisket critic, absolutely loved it. "
Reviewed Bacon Brussels Sprouts
"this recipe converted the non brussels sprouts eaters at Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone loved them, even my mother in law. Easy to make - I actually got everything cut and prepped in the AM and then just had to make them in the pan. Instead of the dash of sugar, I added a splash of real maple syrup... unbelievably delish!!""
