"Unbeatable for taste and presentation! It's unique, perfectly italian and gives you a lot of inactive time to prepare other things for a dinner party. The quality of your gorgonzola makes a difference. There are plenty of leaves. I serve 2 large or 3 medium artichokes for 6-8 people as an appetizer."
