Reviewed Chocolate Peanut-Butter No Bake Cookies
"The flavor was okay, but, they were too dry and fell apart way to easily. I altered the recipe the second time I made these by doubling the peanut butter and I also used 4 oz of semi-sweet baking chocolate instead of cocoa powder. Because of the addition of peanut butter, I also had to almost double the amount of oats (eyeballed it) thereby almost doubling the recipe. I also had to wait for the mixture to cool about 15-20 minutes before the cookies were ready to dropped onto wax paper. However, doing this gave the cookies the right creamy consistancy in the end...also gave them a richer flavor that was to die for!"
