Reviewed German Chocolate Cake With Coconut-Pecan Cajeta Frosting

"I had trouble with the cake overflowing, next time I'll use 3 9" pans and make only a 3 layer cake instead. It took a lot of time but I have to say it was well worth it. The cake was moist and rich the filing/frosting was so good, the coconut was just right not over powering. My favorite part was the ganache but let it cool a little longer so it doesn't run down quite some much but adheres to the cake. Will definitly make again soon.
