My entire family loved this. I made this as a side, but it could be a main dish! I too will add a little red pepper flake, as we like the "kick" of it! This has been added to my recipe book.

My entire family loved it, even my husband who doesn't normally like ground turkey. The recipe was easy to follow, and we have used the ground turkey recipe for taco salads. My husband has even requested this again! He really like the tomatillo sauce, but I did only use 1 lime as another recipe indicated 2 limes was too much. Thanks Guy"

This recipe is absolutely delicious! It is so good, that we served it at our 25th wedding anniversary party as part of a buffet. We had fresh tortillas and the guests made taco's out of it. It was the food hit of the party! The pico de gallo is the BEST! I also leave the seeds in the jalepeno, and add more salt to the pork in the crock pot. "

My Family loved this recipe! I followed the recipe as written except for cooking the prosciutto seperately to keep it crisp and added it back in when I added the chicken back in. I followed the other raters comments and served the dish over angel hair pasta. This is a keeper! Thanks Giada!""
