This recipe was a huge hit for Father's Day! It took a little more prep time than indicated, but was well worth the time and trouble. Actually, the marinated and cooked shrimp WITHOUT the sauce was delicious as well (Dad and the boys were hovering as I prepared it) and would be a great option for a main course.
