Reviewed Latin Cabbage and Corn Salad

Took me a bit longer than 10 minutes to make (juicing 2 limes, chopping all of that cabbage), but it was worth it! Very tasty. I added some sugar to the dressing to counter the lime juice and vinegar and I used frozen corn, but otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. Served it with grilled chicken sandwiches for dinner last night and saved so"
