Reviewed Strawberry Lemonade
"Sweet from the strawberries but tart from lemon-good combination!"
Reviewed Corned Beef and Cabbage
"This was the best corned beef and cabbage that i've made- granted, I've only made it 3 or 4 times, but this was delicious.""
Reviewed Calzone Rolls with Salami, Tomato and Basil
"The kids and I enjoyed this Sammie-they were good and a nice change of pace from a regular panini. we will definitely make these again.""
Reviewed Jicama Salsa
"A great way to use jicama and some leftover apples! I just made it and it's pretty good. The combination of the spices/seasonings is unique and as Sunny said on her show - it's sweet/hot/salty - hits every part of your palate. I'm looking forward to seeing how tonights leftovers taste tomorrow, once the flavors have had even
more time to blend""
Reviewed One-Pan Sage-and-Onion Chicken and Sausage
"This was a wonderful dish! It was beautiful and delicious. I made it for a family gathering and when it came out of the oven, there were "ooh's" and "wow's". In addition to the chicken and apple sausage, I also had a few green onion brats and they all turned out fabulous!""
Reviewed Greek Goulash
"YUM-O!! Way to go Rachel Ray!
I did leave out the eggplant (my family's not a fan of eggplant and I didn't have one) but it was delicious without it! Thanks!!""
Reviewed Chicken Croquettes with Creole Sauce
"A different twist on using leftover chicken. I would make this again but will add a minced jalapeno to the chicken mixture to give it a kick. I thought this was a good dish, just missing something. I tried a croquette with and without the creole sauce but still a touch bland for my tastes."
Reviewed Chicken, Sausage and Peppers
"My family loved this one. Its even low carb friendly if you use all chicken broth and cut the white wine (although you'll need to add some of your favorite chicken spices to make up some flavor).
The combo of brats, chickens and veggies are really terrific!"
