Reviewed Cheese-Stuffed Pork Chops
"This recipe was so easy and so GOOD! I made a few changes, though.. first I fried up some bacon. Stuffed the pork with the bacon, cheese, and spinach (forgot the escarole at the market :/ ) and cooked the chops in the bacon fat. Then cooked the beans in the pork & bacon fat. Probably increased the calorie count substantially, but boy, was it tasty!
"I've been using this pesto recipie for years now! I always cut down to about 5 cloves of garlic, though.. even though I LOVE garlic and add it to just about everything, the 9 cloves was a bit too much for me. I also like to do half a cup of parmesean and half pecorino romano to give it a little more of a bite.
I've been a huge foodie ever since I can remember, but moving to Boston for college, and then jetsetting all over Europe during a semester-long stay in London truly opened my eyes (and palate!) to so many new wonderful flavors. I'll try anything once!
