My Activity

Reviewed Farfalle with Chicken, Porcini Mushroom and Swiss Chard

"YUM! I made this a few weeks ago and am craving it again, so will make this weekend. Used chicken sausage vs. regular chicken and it was delicious."

Apr 19, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

Reviewed Stir-Fried Beef and Broccoli

"Great flavors! - could not find black vinegar so used white vinegar + more soy sauce. Also used coconut oil but would have preferred peanut for that extra flavor. Was iffy on the cornstarch and only used it on half the meat but it made the sauce a great consistency. Looking forward to the leftovers tonight."

Reviewed Pasta Salad

"Delicious! Used half the amount of olive oil and dressing still coated entire amount of pasta. Also steamed the veggies. Would definitely make again!"

Reviewed Tomato Pie

"Made this for a baby shower where several attendees are vegetarian and it was a hit! I added a dijon layer before adding the tomatoes (saw this on another Paula Dean show) and then layered the tomatoes and cheese. Used maybe 2T light mayo and added to top vs. mixed w/ cheese and it was fine."

Reviewed Corn Mashed Potatoes

"YUMMY!! My husband is usually the one to make mashed potatoes, but I think this recipe just edged out his :) Agree with half the butter and more potatoes."

Reviewed Ancho Chile Brussels Slaw

"LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this recipe! I originally made with her other "Dad's Favorite" ribs and mashed potatoes, and I've made this slaw several times since Father's Day. Great way to eat brussels sprouts!"

Reviewed Sesame Peanut Noodles

"Very good!, hot or cold. Could use a bit more peanut sauce but overall very light and great with chicken lettuce wraps."

Reviewed Barbecued Chinese Chicken Lettuce Wraps

"Excellent flavor and pretty healthy! I paired this with Nigella's Peanut Sesame Noodles and it was a great dinner, as well as great leftovers!"
