The taste of this is delicious! I've never made a quiche before and this was super easy to make. I love the spinach, bacon, and swiss together. After a 40 minute cook time it was still runny in the middle. I would definitely cut back on the cream a bit and cover with foil for the 25 minutes then bake for another 25 to 30 minutes to get the right"
