"This was great!! The best part was I was able to prepare them right before the kids got off the bus and then simmer them on high for 3 hrs. (no prep time while trying to do homework & drive carpool. I did stir them a few time to make sure all the ribs were coated by the sauce while they were simmering. Not only were they easy to prepare, but they were very tasty and not all "crockpot mushy"! "These were such a HUGE hit this Christmas. I did have to substitute the Marscarpone Cheese (substitution: 1-8oz package cream cheese, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 2 1/2 tablespoons sour cream) because I could not find the cheese at my local grocery. These were so yummy! Thanks!
