Reviewed Quick Chick and Noodle Soup
"I absolutely adore this recipe -- it's my quick go-to soup! Although making it just as is results in a delicious meal, when I'm especially in a hurry, I happily use what I have on hand. Tonight I'm using a rotisserie chicken, nixing the parsnips, and adding mushrooms and frozen spinach. I always put in a couple shakes of red pepper flakes as well, as me and my boyfriend love the nice kick it gives (plus it helps clear the sinuses). This recipe is definitely a homerun.
