"I love Ina, she is the absolute best Food network has . This is another of her fabulous recipes. Easy, and so delicious. I had to use peanuts because I didn't have cashews on hand. This is the absolute best chicken salad I have ever had ! "

"These cup cakes were fantastic. An easy dessert to prepare but looked like they took so much more effort than they did . I loved the coffee in the cake batter , it added just they right touch. Chocoholics prepare ! I love Ina Garten recipes , I have never tried one I didn't enjoy . She is truly a chef ."

"This is without a doubt the best Gumbo I have ever had. Cudos to Paula Deen. Spices and flavors are fabulous . Served with a nice glass of wine and crusty bread hot from the oven.
Don't forget to have the File' on the table for each person to use as they like. Be sure to get that roux dark without burning. Makes the depth of flavor . Yummy,an't wait , husband is making it again Sunday for guests !

Love good food and wine. Husband and I both enjoy cooking . Ina Garten is my all time favorite , but I have enjoyed other chef's over the years.
We are a retired couple from the midwest , living in Ga. Love travel and reading in addition to cooking .
Favorite Foods
Spaghetti , pasta dishes, fish and beef . Good breads and light desserts.
