Reviewed Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with Pecan and Marshmallow Streusel

Awesome! I make these every year and they are always a hit. I love the classic casserole but never feel like there is enough of the pecans, brown sugar and marsh's to every bite. You must like sweet though to enjoy fully! 1/2 a potato is enough for anyone and leftovers are fantastic.
