"It turned out great, but there are a couple of errors in the recipe. The most glaring being the omission of sugar in the flat bread recipe. Just putting yeast into warm water will never proof and the bread will never rise and you could wait four hours and end up with nothing that could be grilled. The second error, in my opinion, is specifying 8 o"
"I am a decent home cook. I make a hundred or so new recipes per year, usually pretty successfully. I was somewhat skeptical about this one because eggplant soaks up liquids like a sponge and I was right because if you follow the directions you end up with eggplant soup. "I have made hundreds of FoodNetwork.com recipes and this is the first review I've written. This is a incredibly tasty dish and while many of the recipes on this site are fantastic, few are so simple and give you so much bang for the buck. Heck, you don't even have to defrost frozen fish. I use frozen tilapia, one of the cheapest fishes on the market. The bit of wine added really makes a huge difference when combined with the juices from the vegetables and fish. We have made this a weekly meal but still each time we eat it my wife and I repeatedly say "boy is this good".
